Adam started his real estate practice in Petaluma in 1988 while living in Tomales, West Marin County. He had to have horses back in his life after 4 years living in San Francisco. Life moved him to Mendocino County where he practiced real estate agency for 36 years. Along with learning the nuts and bolts of deep wilderness property, agricultural property and lifestyle ranches he made many enduring friendships. He earned trust by helping gather cows and calves off the coastal ranges, helping teens with problem horses and driving a tractor with a grape gondola during harvest crunch time just to help out.
