Cerra is a third generation Lake County resident, who shifted her focus to real estate to better serve her community and help guide individuals when making one of the biggest investments of their lives. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS, and the Lake County Association of REALTORS®. Cerra graduated from Armstrong State University with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science and from Mendocino Junior College with an Associate of Science in Kinesiology and Health. Cerra believes her diverse work experience coupled with her undergraduate degrees, impressive attention to detail and efficient approach in every endeavor strengthens her role in providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying and selling process and culminating the best possible outcome in every transaction.

A knowledgeable resource, Cerra’s favorite part about real estate is being able to bring a fresh perspective and enthusiastic attitude when helping her clients make the essential connections they need to achieve their goals. In her free time, Cerra is a devoted mother to her two children and enjoys spending time outdoors on the water, hiking or biking on one of Lake County’s numerous hiking trails, or wine tasting at one of Lake County’s World Class wineries. She is passionate about spending time with family, maintaining good health and her career. She feels fortunate to have grown up surrounded by Lake County’s beauty and recognizes the attractive attributes it has to offer, making it an ideal location for travel, raising a family, retirement and/or investing in a residential or commercial property. She looks forward to watching Lake County’s commerce and many development projects continue to evolve, as well as being a resource and support person for individuals looking to relocate and being part of the positive changes we like to see in our community.
