Jake Hernandez is a proud Sonoma County native, raised in the heart of the beautiful wine country. A Cardinal Newman High School alum, Jake went on to further his education at Sonoma State University, where he not only excelled academically but also played college baseball. After graduation, Jake’s deep love for his hometown led him to pursue a career in real estate, where he combines his passion for Sonoma County with his drive to help others find their perfect home.
