Jake Romanow was born and raised in northern California and has been native to Sonoma County for over 26 years! Growing up he worked side by side building houses with his father who was a general contractor.

Jake first entered the real estate scene when he acquired his appraisal license in 2005. During this time, he learned the entire process of determining a home’s value. Working with other appraisers, real estate agents, and banks was invaluable, but Jake soon realized that he was not utilizing one of his most important and natural talents--customer service!

That is when he changed gears from real estate appraisal to sales. He started his career with a very large brokerage where he completed an extensive training program. It only took one chance meeting with Tom Larson (Founder and CEO of Luxe Places International Realty) to realize that LP would offer him all the tools necessary to further accelerate his business. Since then he has helped many clients through real estate transactions and especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers.

Jake’s familiarity with the local markets combined with a comprehensive understanding of property valuation and his background in construction are all attributes that make him a well-rounded agent. The qualities that are the most important to him, however, are honesty, communication, hard work, and dedication to clients who trust him with one of the most important transactions they will ever make!
